Michael Frischmann is the Director of Evaluation and Planning at EcoMetric Consulting. Mike is constantly seeking continuous improvement initiatives that accelerate utility economics and deliver value to utility end-users. He has nine years of experience in the energy industry providing expertise on technologies, programs and policies for demand side resources. Mike’s expertise spans multiple facets of the energy efficiency industry including engineering, data collection and research design, program evaluation and implementation, measure characterization, and data analytics. Previously, as a Principal and Director of Michaels Energy’s Evaluation Department, he led evaluation and research studies for utilities and regulatory bodies across the United States Canada. Mike holds BS and MS degrees in Mechanical Engineering and is a registered Professional Engineer in Minnesota and Wisconsin.
Bill Goodrich is a Consulting Engineer at EcoMetric and performs all types of impact evaluation activities including project file reviews, onsite inspections, real time power metering, energy modeling, billing analysis and realization rate calculations. Mr. Goodrich is an experienced engineer and manager with a multi-disciplined background; comprehensive understanding of energy utility demand-side management markets from both analytical and ‘hands-on’ perspectives; experience providing technical consulting to utility companies and the commercial and industrial clients that participate in utility sponsored energy efficiency programs; facility auditing and analysis; DSM program design and implementation. Mr. Goodrich received a B.A in Engineering and Philosphy in 2003.
Michelle is an energy efficiency consultant with over 14 years of experience in evaluation and market research for utility programs, particularly on the demand side. Specializing in qualitative data collection and analysis, holistic big-picture thinking, and compelling reporting and presentation of results, Michelle emphasizes clear, crisp writing that cuts through the noise and arrives quickly at the point.
Michael O’Brien Crayne is an Energy Engineer at EcoMetric and performs technical work for energy efficiency program planning and evaluation. Michael’s areas of expertise include technical program design, building energy codes, energy modeling, measure development, metering, and cost effectiveness analysis. He is experienced at adapting program offerings to meet specific considerations of different utilities and states. Michael has over five years of design, implementation and evaluation experience with utility energy efficiency programs, including of new construction programs for which he developed prescriptive measures, reviewed custom analyses, and provided technical insight into the design of offerings for multiple utilities.
Jake Fuller is a Senior Analyst at EcoMetric and performs all types of quantitative analysis for residential, commercial and industrial sector energy efficiency and demand response program evaluations. Mr. Fuller has over four years' consulting experience in the energy sector conducting data mining and market research for multinational commercial and industrial organizations. Jake has experience in impact evaluation engineering activities, on-site data gathering, TRM evaluation and development of site-specific measurement and verification plans. He has also developed and maintained scalable databases for economic data related to the performance of energy efficiency initiatives.
Ola Czastkiewicz is an Energy Engineer at EcoMetric and performs technical work for energy efficiency program planning and evaluation. Ola's areas of expertise include energy modeling, metering, energy auditing, billing analysis, market characterization, energy conservation measure evaluation and energy savings calculations. She is experienced evaluating a diverse set of residential, commercial and industrial utility conservation programs. Ola has over six years of experience in the energy sector, licensed as a Certified Energy Manager (CEM).
Bitul Sinha is an Energy Engineer at EcoMetric Consulting specializing in conducting industrial ASHARE Level II energy audits, Measurement & Verification studies, and building automated tools for savings verification. He has conducted several hundred energy audits and reviewed complex custom C&I electric and natural gas savings for DSM program administrators. Bitul has reviewed savings of over 16 million kWh and 3.2 MW peak demand in lighting upgrades, HVAC/Chiller retrofits and other prescriptive measures in states such as Texas and New Mexico. Bitul has a Master’s degree in Energy Systems and he is passionate about utilizing advanced analytical methods in verifying savings traditionally reviewed with engineering algorithms.
Kyle McKenna is an Energy Engineer at EcoMetric Consulting specializing in commercial and industrial measurement, verification, and energy analysis. He has more than five years of experience conducting impact evaluations of residential, commercial, and industrial programs from across North America. He has experience with complex energy systems analysis and is skilled at deploying meters in the field. Additionally, Kyle has experience reviewing, updating, and maintaining technical reference manuals, programming and coding program tracking systems, and data analytics using python. Kyle has a Masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering, and is pursuing his professional mechanical engineer liscense.
Mansee Muchrikar is Research Analyst at EcoMetric Consulting. Mansee is a quantitative analyst with over eight years of experience in social sciences focusing on consumer data collection, behavior modification, statistical analysis and experimental design. She conducts statistical analyses including parametric and non-parametric testing, regression modeling, analysis of variance, data correlations and theory of probability. Mansee’s expertise includes applying statistical and socioeconomic theories to optimize the utility end-user’s energy consumption with a focus on behavioral interventions.

His areas of expertise include the use of data science and machine learning techniques for solving energy specific problems. Akshay is experienced in analyzing behavior for commercial and residential power consumers and is knowledgeable in design, implementation, and evaluation of utility energy efficiency programs.
